Like Jack said earlier today, we know what you're feeling and it breaks my heart. Almost as bad as the pain itself, is the dread in between headaches. Knowing the next one will hit and wondering when. How many times I've sat in my chair, fingers clamped onto the arms. Frozen. Trying to decide if that funny feeling is the start of a headache and I should run for the meds or if it's my imagination and I should save my rationed doses.
If I could, Id take tonights headache for you but I can't. Just know that we're here. We understand. And you will make it through!
