I'm glad you posted this because I forgot to ask you about alcohol when we talked the other day. When I am in a cycle, I can have one beer. If I stop there I might get a shadow and that's it. If I continue with another then halfway through it, without fail, here comes a 9 or 10. I could drink as much as I want when I'm in remission providing I want to deal with the other side effects-lol. As far as other forms of alcohol-I don't know what they do to my clusters and I don't care to find out. There are a few other things that I think might have have brought on an attack but nothing else is a 100% sure thing like beer. All this talk about triggers brings to mind the old days before I had a name for the Demon. I think I was convinced that almost anything was a trigger for me at one time or the other. One time, I even thought it was related to blood glucose levels dropping-boy you should have seen me-I was a walking snack machine. Of course, I could have remained on a sugar high for the entire cycle and it would not have changed a thing, except my weight. Its almost funny when I remember some of the crazy ideas I had that were born of desparation.
