also, try to stick to a regular sleep schedual. i have found that if i stick to my normal 10:30pm bed time and get up every day at 6:30 am i do not usaly get the ha in the midile of the night or the am.
when ever i sleep too much or stay up to late i always get a headache in the morning.
im very selfish also about my sleep. but it does me no good to try to make up for any that is lost. if i do try to make up any lost sleep it just causes me to have more headaches.
wishing you pain free night, morning and days
