before a ha starts on me i start to get a poping sound in my ear. The nuro said that its because of the tention that starts in the musles in the jaw area before the headache. Also, while im in a cycle my jaw will pop. i gess because the pain makes me hold my jaw so tight.But when the cycle ends all of thes symptoms always goes away.
