My attacks usually hit around 90 minutes after falling asleep.
Since I fall asleep pretty fast after going to bed most of the time it
can happen that I wake up with the first sign of a cluster attack
and the first thought is: it must be 1:30 am. And I am right with it
in more than 90 % of the attacks. (That is why I call them 90/90. 90 minutes
after falling asleep with a duration of 90 minutes if not treated.)
I used to change my sleeping pattern from the beginning of the cycle. It was of
no use. The attacks still occured around the same 90 minutes after falling asleep.
You should not try to change your sleeping pattern, because a regular one is pretty
important with CH (Warning: This is only MY 2 cents worth!)

I do hope you will get undisturbed nights soon again,

Lars
