Anyone ever heard of pain med called Ultram for clusters?

I recently went to the dr and they prescribed Ultram for the clusters. I have never heard of it before so I was wondering if anyone else ever heard of it. It is supposed to be the strongest non narcotic, non addicting painkiller out. It is a relitively new drug.

Well, it takes away some of the sharp pain of a cluster making it a little more bareable. Not much but any improvement is better then none.

Still a chronic cluster sufferer
