I took a small tank (one size smaller than an E-tank--it came with it's own little carrying case) on a trip to Hawaii several years ago. I rented the tank from a local pharmacy. I could not travel by air with oxygen in the tank, but once I got to Honolulu I found a local company in the Yellow Pages that filled my little tank. It was a real life saver. I was able to abort several headaches that way, although one tank was only good for about 2 short ones. The O2 company was fairly close to hotel, so it was easy to get my refills.
