Do you believe in alternative remedies such as herbal remedies and accupuncture?I'm chinese and do believe in such.
I'd like to suggest a few herbs.St. John's ,Feverfew,ginko biloba,together with omega3 with garlic and vit.e.
However, be careful what company you buy the products from. There are some companies who do not do their due diligence, and just put a bunch of chopped up leaves in a capsule... thus including toxins .furthermore,potency and consistency is also an issue.science must go hand in hand with this too!
