I, too, would much rather see natural treatments than chemicals that produce long term damage but we also know that lots of herbs produce headaches as a side effect.
Feverfew does have some good properties but it needs to be taken for quite awhile before effects are seen. Gingko and St Johnswort are big headache producers for some folks.
But, I'm with you on wanting to see some lessening in the amount of chemicals imbibed, for sure.
Very wise to check the validity of the manufacturers too.....there really are some snakeoil companies out there who just want to ride the current wave of herbal magic elixers...be careful and make friends with your pharamacists or herbologists.
