Hi,
I know what your husband is going thru, and am sure that
my wife knows what you are going thru. I was not
successful with any of the meds for intervention or prevention.
By the way I have been having these little visits twice a year for
sixteen years. I too believed they were alergy or seasonal ha's based
on allergic reaction, but alas they are just the beast!

I would suggest that your husband check with his MD about trying Verapamil(look above
at my post and others). As to moodiness and fatique we have worked out a routine
where I attempt to relax at night in a recliner, as opposed to laying down in bed and knowing that
the ha's will make their timely visits. I find that this is less disturbing to my bride ( and the kids)
and it lessens my fatique. Yes I still have to get up and pace, and rock and so forth, but I get to do
that most times without disturbing the rest of the household. Hope this helps

Mike
