Hi Angela, It worked almost right away. I think I remember getting relief in less than 2 days. I normally have the blood pressure of a dead person and that drug gave me a condition called restless leg syndrome. Only for me it was more like "legs get a life of their own and fly off my body" syndrome, so I had to stop taking it. I could break dance lying down. I really hope it works for you.
