No not those things hub is famous for letting fly. I've used verap for my last 3 clusters and don't really know if it helped. I still got the HAs every day. I was just afraid to stop taking it because it may have lessened the intensity of the HA and I didn't want to risk it.
Just a reminder that it doesn't work for everyone.
