What is your dose. I usually try to start before I get a HA. I can usually time my cycles to the month. I hear most people get results ranging from two days to two weeks. My doc has me taper on for a two week period so it takes me longer.
Only problems I have are constipation and some twitching, especially if I forget to take a dose.
Most people don't have success with anything less than 360mg
