Began doctoring with Dr. Diamond in the late 70's after years of traveling around the country looking for help. It took a number of years, with various degrees of relief diring that period, but finally in 1985/86 the CH went into remission. I went 13 years without a headache. Started up again in early July, did not mess around, went directly back to Dr Diamond's clinic. Granted they were caught at the onset, but after 12 days in the hospital, and then about a week with limited CH, now headache free again. Yes I am on medication and have been back for a check-up. The one thing I would caution on is since no to patients are the same the expermenting with different medications can become very frustrating, and relief may not be immediate, if at all. Ask me what I think of the Diamond Headache Clinic and I say go as fast as you can get there. That is just my experiences. Just a not refering to Bobs reply; m Dr Seymour is alive and well, as I had a visit with him last month. He still practices, but has tried to slow down. He is a fine doctor as well as gentlemen, and his staff reflects that same attitude.
