I suffer from both, I don't get as many Migraines as I
used to though.
Migraines are usually accompanied by a feeling of nausea.
With a severe Cluster, you can't sit still, with a severe
migraine you don't want to move, (It agrivates the headache)
Migraines also last longer.
I was diagnosed with Migraines first. When I started getting
clusters, I knew it was a different headache.
