smoking and clusters

My doctor told me that i should quit smoking.
He says that smoking causes clusterheadaches.
Does anybody have a opinion about this?
I want to hear from smokers and non-smokers with C/H. Because know i feel the doctor wants me to believe C/H is my own fault. And i dont believe in that!
