2 months into cluster

LOTS & LOTS of benadryl
3 mg melatonin at bed
staying up to 2-3 AM
getting (fitful)sleep to 10 AM

had few minor attacks in 1st week or so
NO attacks the last 6 weeks

still in cluster tho - precursors flare up, etc

just started to ease off on the benadryl
so far so good
down to 6 -7 a day

also helping:

every day I get 1 - 2 hours moderate outdoor exercise -
there seems to be a balance -
TOO much or too strenuous and the precursors flare way up, & have to really figght back the attacks

can't say for sure about the melatonin -
have had clusters before where I blocked the attacks with lots of benadryl
think the melatonin helps, but may not be required

this doesn't always work
some clusters the benadryl won't suppress the attacks & I'm off to the races with the usual cast of abortives, etc
