In fact, it sounds a great deal like the "most current thinking" told to me by a headache neurologist I saw in 1991-92. At that time the theory was that the damage to the nerve sheath was probably done by smoking, but that was a weak point. Doesn't explain everything, but should be considered, IMHO, in anyone's attempt at coming up with a grand unified theory of CH. Good job!
