as the only type suffered. I mean, yeah, I get CHs that stop at a mild pain. But I also get the 10s too. But that doesn't mean much in my mind. Maybe there are CHs that never send one to hell and back. There are so many unknowns about all of this that anything is possible. Even the hypothesis that eating 1/2 sheet of acid per day will keep us painfree for life. :-)
If you have CHs the aspirin for treatment is like filling the ocean with a pebble. But since you stated that you wait an hour and the aspirin seems to help you, I suggest that maybe it's the HA that has run its course.
It looks like you were picking up more and more of the subtleties of what actually you go through as you were writing. It might be a good idea to sit down one time and do some free-writing about the experience so things that you never consciously noticed will become conscious and that way you can let a doctor that you trust knows what he/she is doing make a better diagnosis. You can write it here if you want or you can write it totally for yourself. But unlocking those more subtle tidbits and patterns can help you find out what you have and how to best treat it.
