Maybe durring an attack there isn't spiritual transcendance. In between them there is. My visits to hell has made me unable to stand others in pain. Pain has taught me compassion and love for all things down to even saving spiders and ants in my house from being killed. It has also taught me that everything is temporary. Pain is, and so is joy. Even during an attack there is room for these things. If there wasn't, we would be in hell.
