For years, when a cluster would start, I'd take 3 asprin every 3 hours just as a little insurance. About 10 years ago, at the end of a cluster, I starting vomiting blood. Duodenal ulser. Doc asked if I had taken any asprin. I said "yes, 500 in the last month". He just nodded and said, that will do it. Be carful with taking too much of it.
