Not so my friend - your famous IMITREX is a substituted indole - a sulphonated form of the well known hallucogen DMT, di-methyl triptamine.
Tryptophan is also a substituted indole, a common amino acid of proteins, and so is skatole, 2- methyl indole, which is responsible for the odor of feces.
