I was very suscessful in changing the CH schedule during my last cycle. I would take an Amerge around 9:00 AM and it would keep me headache free until 4:PM so I could get almost a full days work in. Then I took another Amerge about 10:00PM. This would keep me headache free until 5:00AM so I almost got a full night sleep. That plus 500mg of Depakote/day worked this cycle. Next cycle, who knows? CH is Master and I am slave.
