Why do you think that CH is now well known by most docs and is a trendy diagnosis? I have seen no evidence of that. Actually, I hope that you are right because such trends tend to last for maybe a year or so and then go to the middle of the extremes (no diagnosis, awareness or understanding to over-diagnosis, plenty of awareness and misundestanding). For example, remember maybe 5 years ago when by Drs. diagnosis there were maybe 3 of us without ADD in the universe. I may be wrong, but I don't thiunk that that's the trendy disorder that it once was and through all of the excitement of putting everyone in that category it got researched more and came back to the middle with a better understanding of ADD.
