Kip scale question

I'm just coming down from an 8 or 9, at least I think it
was an 8 or 9. Can someone help me clarify the Kip scale?
approx what # do your eyes start tearing, and your nose
start running? At what # do you lose the ability to concentrate
on other things besides the pain?
