Are you sure it wasn't PCP (Angel Dust). The reason I ask is that there have only be 5 deaths with LSD listed as a partial cause... and all of them related to people going swimming. Angel Dust is a different matter altogether. It's the drug that is responsible for maing people think they can fly, lift up cars, generally behave like an angry cross between Superman and the Incredible Hulk.
Another possibility is that the mushrooms your friend took were Fly Agaric. In these the active ingredient is Muscrine not Psilocybin. These mushrooms have a bit of a bad rep, in higher doses people can get very agitated, even angry. The interesting thing is that they were also eaten by the Vikings to induce 'berserkness'. This is what made the Vikings such feared warriors. In Scandinavia going berserk was outlawed in the 1300s, punishable by death. Strangely there haven't been any cases since.
I still doubt that Fly Agaric is to blame for what happened to your friend. She is more likely to have pushed you out of the window.
