Is that a fact that you can document? Or is it just something
you heard somewhere? Documentation that does not come from
a drug advocacy organization would be preferable.

This is an almost impossibly low number considering that
30-50% of the general population have tried cannabis.
Are you saying that most people who get addicted to heroine
are thinking, "No way am I gonna try pot, that stuff's bad for you!"?
