After four months of pure hell from the beast, I've just had nine painfree days with no CH's. Remission ?? Doing the right things ?? Don't know but thank god for the break in pain and sleep. I want to thank all who responded and listen to my venting time to time. This is a great site and a bunch of great people I wish painfree days for everyone. And again thanks to those special people who responded (you know who you are). In the past four years I've never had a cycle like this one, four months of 7-10's 4-5 times a day/night and it has never lasted this long.
