I seem to have a permanant case of horners syndrome along with my CHs. I've found that visine L.R. helps take away the drooping eye lid, and returns my pupil dialation to normal. This is the only eye drop that I have found that helps. As far as my CHs, I just started taking verapamil. Hopfully this will help keep the headaches away.
