hello CH sufferers. I have been suffering from CH for 13 years. I am 34yo.
I recently visited a neurologist and he prescribed a drug called Amerge 2.5
along with Imitrex injections. Has anyone else taken this drug. It has helped
ease the CH pain but not make it go completely away. On a scale of 1-10,
pain without drug 10. With, I am about 4, the highest 5, Which is pretty good.
When I feel it coming on, after taking Amerge my headache never really comes to
full effect.This drug is very expensive. Thank God for insurance. For a two week
supply taking 2 tabs a day it cost $534.00. I only pay $79.00. I also heard that
taking cider vinegar helps.Just read that on the net. Will try on the next onset.
Has anyone heard of that. Anxious for a reply.
