hey I've been there well I am still there,after one of my headaches I feel like a freight train just hit me!!! and if I am not careful they come back worse than before!
yes anxiety dose play a BIG part of shadows.
And there is no easy way to stop stress, but try deep breathing,it works to help you relax.
