I smoke 20 a day - I've had these clusters since I was 14 (now 35) and started smoking when I was 18 - so smoking didn't cause them!! I have found that after recovering totally from a H/A (ie, no shadow feeling afterwards - completely clear head) I CRAVE nicotene, more so than first thing in the morning or after a meal
