Re-read the post many times and I was wrong in the way I interpreted the message from Linda. I humbly apologize. Ritalin was first developed during WWII as a drug to focus the troops. It was much later and quite by accident that it was used on ADD children. A friend of my father's was one of the researchers who was in charge of a control group in the military. He was a pharmacist and was one of those sneaky goverment guys who experimented on the unknowing military. He put his foot down and was dishonorably discharged for not agreeing to go along with the LSD experiments which was to be used for the same reason.
