I've found that caffeine is extremely effective,
but ONLY if you don't drink it regularly. If
you haven't experimented with this, I think it is
worth a try. Taper off (as some people have
mentioned, suddent cessation of all caffeine can
be a trigger) over a week, or even two weeks it
you want to be more cautious. Then take it ONLY
when you feel a headache coming on. I imagine,
like everything else, it won't work the same
way for everybody, but it is easy to try.
