I posted on this a couple of weeks ago. On 7 Sept I had surgery for a hernia and was in the middle of an episode. The episode stopped dead. It is now 15 Nov. and I have had no more clusters. In my case, surgery stopped the episode dead in its tracks. PFD to all.
