I've been trying to read up on some of the more "natural" cures for headaches, and I have also found feverfew to be touted as a great possibility. From what I read, though, the taste is an experience most would not want to repeat, so the capsules are the prefered form to take. Let me know how they work!
Also, concerning St. John's Wort... if you are taking any over-the-counter or prescription meds, it might be a good idea to check with the pharmacist or doctor before taking it. It contains MAO inhibitors, and many foods and meds don't mix well with it.
There are a couple of very good books out there concerning natural remedies. The one I'm reading tonight is called "The Green Pharmacy" by James A. Duke, Ph.D. :)
