I agree with Tony about he clockwork frequency but
do seem to have more on the weekends...seems like
the same relaxation thing that happens on the way home from
work. I have very few during the day at work but on the
weekends have several each day and seem to be worse
than the midweek after work varity....You sound like you have
avoided the week day attachs and thats great!!!But
in general, my weekends are the worst I have for
intensity and duration..........
