I bought a bottle of feverfew from GNC "Nature's Fingerprint" 500mg, take 3 daily. After the first 3 days, the headaches intensity was dropping off and the length of the attacks dropped to almost nothing. Eventually the headaches stopped. Pain free for almost a year. Next I tried "Nature's Resource" 380mg also 3 a day. About the same results. I only take the feverfew during periods when the warning signs develope. I had good luck with feverfew, I get stress tension sinus cluster migraines. Good luck....Whit
