Hi Riccardo-
Very interesting. As a chronic sufferer, I have been intrigued by the long-term impact of traumatic pain that comes on such a schedule as ours. I know I have feared going to bed. It does not seem strange to me that you would wake up at the "appointed hours". I guess it seems more unusual that more of us do not.
