generally CH leave the patient painfree between attacks but:
- in my day attacks, the pain is prolonged for hours after the attack.
- it may depend on the meds your hubby take. E.G. Imitrex may cause headaches post-CH
But the thing that seems me very strange is "the doc thinks cluster headaches only occur for one hour a day and the other 23 are pain-free." Have I understood well? your doctor say that a CH happens ONLY one time a day? ......If Yes....change doctor......!!!!!!! The most of us will sell the soul to the Devil to have ONLY ONE CH a day!!!!
