Particularly bad with Lithium. This drug was really pretty effective against my chronic cluster headaches, but the side effects were devastating. Topamax has some short-term memory impairment associated with it, but it seems to be very transatory, going away within a few days (I think. . ., let me see. . . ) ;-)
