Migraines vs Cluster

I do get both, and the two are quite distinct.

If your headache is accompanied by a feeling of sickness
in your stomach, it may be slight, or enough that you
actually vomit. It's probably a migraine. Migraines
also last for hours. You tend to want to sit still
and avoid physical activity.

Clusters last for shorter periods, you often get
several in a day. There's no sickness to the stomach, although
runny nose, and eye tearing are common. The pain
is more focused in a particular spot. You can't easily
sit still.

Also, I've never had a migraine wake me up, and
keep me up at night. Clusters do this all the time.

Both respond to many of the same meds, and often
have the same triggers.
