Getting the word out to the public about cluster headaches is important so people will stop the "I had a bad headache once but I got over it" attitude. Or the "Nothing could hurt that bad, stop the whining" attitude. Maybe some news will come out of the Convention 2000 and start to change the public's attitude.
Your thoughts on helping research is a good one. I wish I knew what could be done but I don't have a clue. Research is done for two reasons. (1) Profit and (2) more Profit. There is just no money to be made cattering to .1 percent of the population. We need to get the bean-counters at the research companies to take a look at this site and maybe they can make a difference.
