I have been episodic for 22 years. My cyles are 8
weeks then 1 year remisson. Usually get 5-6
attacks nightly during the peak. My last cycle was
unusual, 2 year remission followed by 16 weeks
with 8-9 attacks. It could have been more, I lost
count as I was pretty delirious at that point
