Trigger Question

I've noticed that alot of people say that if they consume
certain CH triggers, (MSG, alchol, et al..) They
will get a headache very soon after.

With me, these things don't cause headaches when I consume
them, but they do definatly seem to make the next regularly scheduled
headache worse.

I was wondering which is the norm: immediate headaches, or
more severe ones at the usual times, or is it evenly
split among sufferers?
