First, I have to agree with Tony. 02 is probably the safest thing to go with. If you do not have an oxygen bottle (and i know this will sound wierd) try sitting in front of a fan and breathing deeply. It's not as effective as pure oxygen, but it has helped me so many times, when I was out, and it was a Friday night. Secondly, try coffee. I always have a pot ready to go, so I won't have to fumble around while I'm in pain. It also can't hurt and has worked for me numerous times. At the very least these measures can't hurt and they might bring your H.A."s down a couple of notches. A frozen bag of corn or peas mold nicely to the head too, and I find these are much preferable to the store bought variety of cold packs. I'm still not certain if "excedrin Migraine" helps or not, but some say it does. Good luck to you....Linda Howell
