I don't know if I was an unusual case, but I had a bad time on verapamil. I was on it for about 6 days and ended up in the er two times because it caused my heart to go into arhythmia. I was taking 360mg a day. My neuro said I was an isolated case, as far as he's seen, but I wanted to share it with you just the same. Most people tolerate it just fine, but I won't try it again.
