You mention many drugs but have you tried Prednisone or Medrol? Steroids seem to be the #1 drug to have immediate impact on clusters. Obviously you can't take them forever but you can take them for a month or so, take a break and go back on them again. They usually work wonderfully. I know they have been the only drug that has broken a cycle for me. If they didn't break the cycle then they sure made the pain go away during the cycle.
