I too am having a different cycle this time; after the usual 3 weeks or so of nightly CH's about an hour after going to sleep, they started popping up at other times during the day. In the past this has been a rare occurrence, maybe once or twice a cycle, but for the past two weeks they have been appearing at various times during the day, and for the past week twice a day at least, with residual dull ache almost constantly...Am going to try the prednisone route; usually I just endure the cycle with Wigraine but these are disrupting work on a daily basis now...This is the worst cycle I've had in my 32 years of CH!
