Hey Tim.
I never had that problem while on Prednisone or after. The Prednisone did not work for me either. I do however experience Insomnia for weeks before my cycle starts. Sleeping disorders, as you probably already know, have a big association with these things. I also experience pillow trauma before. Ask your doc about Elavil as it is commonly used for treatment and has the wonderful effect of increasing periods of REM sleep. Good Luck.
